Parts: Custom Nested Concentric Tone/Volume Potentiometers, (set of 2), $90.
These are not standard concentric pots. Each of these custom-made assemblies features dual 500K potentiometers, with custom logarithmic resistance curves optimized for this application -- the 'inner' pot is optimized for adjusting volume, and the 'outer' pot is optimized for adjusting tone. Standard black megatar pickguard cut to shape, and drilled to accept tone/volume pots. Also includes stereo output jack, and (if requested) small ground wire with male bullet clip. Pickguard is beveled and sized to fit onto standard Mobius Megatar body. There are no holes drilled for pickups or additional switches, so that you can custom-install almost any conventional pickup easily. Final fitting usually requires minor hand-filing for snug fit. Custom set of 12 "strat-style" bridge saddles, with rounded channel for string passage produces even tone and accurate intonation. Saddles custom-drilled to accept M3 intonation adjustment screws, which are sharp-looking, secure-fitting black hex-cap socket screws. Saddles come with height-adjuster set-screws, an included allen wrench (if you request it), an assortment of various-length black metric socket-head cap screws, and an assortment of intonation springs. Saddles are available in GraphTech TusQ (ivory look and sound), GraphTech String-Saver (charcoal colored with smoother sound and lubrication to extend string life and improve tuning accuracy), or in Chrome. Custom 12-part bridge plate set, available in Chrome, Brass, or Black. Installation screws provided, in nickel or brass. These individual bridge platelles are extra-long, to accommodate intonation of low bass strings all the way up to high-pitched melody strings. Platelles can be individually positioned on instrument body to permit fanned-fret installation, the offset of your choice, or just to obtain maximum sonic separation. This is a wide nut made of U-Lite Composite, or of Graph Tech's exotic materials. Choose 'Tusq' for ivory-like brilliance and increased sustain, or chose 'StringSaver' for enhanced sweetness and greater string life. Nut is V-notched to use as string guide or as universal nut for all string sizes. Suitable for use with zero-fret or traditional nut design. The industry standard 'U-Lite' composite nuts are ivory-colored, and have an excellent sound, though neither as brilliant as TusQ nor as long-lived and mellow as StringSaver. This is a complete set of twelve precision tuner machines, with six left-sided and six right-sided tuners. Tuners have a 16 to 1 ratio for precise tune-up, and are geared for holding the tuning you've set. Includes mounting screws, threaded hex peghead bushings, matching washers, and removable metal knobs. Schaller/Gotoh design with higher tuning ratio.
