Belgian “E-Tap” Tap-Guitar Seminar

We have have just heard that E-Tap 07, the European tap-Guitar Seminar 2007, is happening July 16-22, in Libramont Belgium

Witth Teachers: Wolfgang Daiss (jazz), Daniel Schell (sight-reading, new music), Kuno Wagner (linear playing on the 8-strings), and Master Classes to be announced.

This Seminar is *so* fun! It provides instructions from outstanding professional touch-style artists, and at the same time you spend a holiday in Belgium, where you will meet old friends and new.

It happens in the great resort of the Académie d’été de Wallonie, Libramont. Beginner or professional, you are welcome and we shall insure that you find the teaching you wish, adapted to your individual needs.

Easy Touch-Style Guitar – Guitar Prep 1

Now on YouTube: “Easy Touch-Style Guitar” with the first “Guitar Prep” video, from Mobius Megatar.

“Easy Touch-Style Guitar” is a method book showing how to play beginning two-handed touchstyle on a normal 6-string guitar. This book has been written, but has not yet been published. This video is based upon an early chapter in the book, where we discuss how to set up your guitar to work well for two-handed touchstyle.

This video describes how to make “Traktor’s SusPenders” to hold a strat or similar guitar in an upright playing position which will allow the fingers of both hands to access the strings as if it were a specialty touch-style instrument.
